We have a range of payment options for in-store or online purchases available to help you purchase your chosen pass. If you have any queries please get in touch.

Payment options are: Credit card online, Direct Deposit, or Eftpos in store.




How to Pay for Your Licence to Chill Pass

 

We have a number of payment options available either online or instore.

After completing the online application process at the shop page, you will be asked to choose the method of payment you prefer.

 

Whichever way you choose to make your payment, we will not send a confirmation until the transaction has cleared through our system which is generally on the next working day, so don't be alarmed if you don't receive a confirmation email straightaway, this normally takes 24 to 48 hours.

 

A reminder for 2017: please remember that the Keen As, Early Bird and Pre-Season rates only apply if we have received your payment before the closing date. You need to complete your online application as well as make full payment by the cut off date otherwise you will be required to pay full price.

 

 

Online

 

Credit Card Payment

 

If you select 'pay by credit card' you will be forwarded to an secure online payment gateway, facilitated by ANZ. Here you will make your payment and then be redirected back to CHILL's website for confirmation.

We accept Visa and Mastercard

 

Bank Deposit

 

If you select to pay via bank deposit you will be provided with our bank details. Please make sure that you include your full name and order number as a reference so that we can identify your payment. If you make your deposit at a bank, please remind the teller to include the reference.

In Person

 

You can also pay in store at Chill Studio. We accept cash, Eftpos and Visa or Mastercard Credit Cards.

NOTE: If you applied during the early bird rate and come to pay and collect your pass in-season you will be charged the in-season rate.
