Kia Ora Koutou,

Well done on getting through the Level 4 lockdown. We hope you all are well and we are all looking forward to getting into the outdoors, especially with winter on its way.

As we are now at Level 3, it’s good to see the transition toward working with our customers again. We are open with limited hours for contactless services. We can get your bike running smoothly again, help out with items to keep you riding- including a new bike and/or hire you a bike.

We are also offering a pick up and drop off service, please ask. We’re also working online to bring you a new webstore, and part of the team will remain at home over Level 3. Please get in touch with any of your needs, we are happy to help!

This week we have an update from Anna Keeling about her Snow Safety & Intro to Touring Courses for this coming winter and how her and her team manage risks- even Covid-19. Reminder, Anna is giving a virtual presentation tonight at 8pm about backcountry skiing!

We also have a few items to get you through the rest of lockdown. We have some tips on staying healthy and fit from Antony Bush of Canterbury Sport & Spinal. We also have a cool website where you can search for any movie, perfect for those cool autumn evenings.

And lastly, a creative ski video to get you excited for winter. It's not your typical ski movie, but a very creative and interesting take on skiing in Finland.

Chill Passes are on sale at our Our Early Bird Chill Pass pricing, which has been extended to 31 May. If you are a 2020 Chill Passholder and have not gotten in touch with us about your pass, please do so by either responding to this email or giving us a call at 03 365 6530.

Yours in Adventure,
Stu, Adam, Nicole, & Jono
